  • automotive industry

The automotive industry is one of the key branches of TEAM Automation Berlin GmbH. More than 10 years of experience in this sector have made us a reliable, strong partner. From the assembly of the individual components to the testing of the end product, TEAM Automation Berlin offers turnkey assembly systems from a single source - technically mature and economically viable: intelligent automation for the mobility of tomorrow.

  • oil switching valve

Switching valves are used to control the two-stage switchable motor elements. The existing oil pressure in the engine oil circuit is used to actuate the locking mechanism of the switchable elements using a 3/2-way switching valve. The 3/2-way valve is controlled according to a map stored in the engine control unit, depending on various parameters such as engine speed, engine load, vehicle speed, operating temperature, etc.

    • Bosch WT circulation system

    • Feeding of the various components using anyfeeder (robot technology also with image processing - direct gripping from the conveyor belt)

    • Various linear and radial feed systems, including:

    - O-ring feeders

    - spring feeders

    - Ball feeders

To top

  • electrical switching valves

In particular, pneumatic actuators such as vacuum units can be driven with an electric switching valve. These vacuum units in turn drive actuators on the engine such as intake manifold flaps, exhaust gas flaps or similar.

  • thrust switching valves

Diverter valves are used in engines charged with an exhaust gas turbocharger in order to be able to prevent the compressor of the exhaust gas turbocharger from starting to pump when the gas is released and the throttle valve closes, since it pumps air against a volume that is almost closed by the throttle valve due to its mass inertia.
