Even after the delivery and handover of the relevant devices, machines and systems, we support our customers worldwide within and outside of the warranty periods with our extensive experience.

In the various service levels, we are available to our customers both within and outside of our business hours, possibly also online.

In the case of systems that we have not built, we carry out assessments of the maintenance and service requirements and submit corresponding offers at short notice.

With the delivery, our customers receive all the documents belonging to the devices in question. Furthermore, the aim is to provide customers with a needs-based service and maintenance offer for each system.

Our employees and local partners take on the service and maintenance of individual devices and complete systems over all life cycles. They are available to our customers worldwide within and outside of the warranty periods as well as the agreed level of support and response times for all of our systems.

In accordance with the agreed service and maintenance contracts, our experts in the various trades carry out the necessary work in accordance with the specific maintenance regulations.

In the case of systems not created by TEAM Automation Berlin, we carry out assessments of the maintenance and service requirements and submit corresponding offers at short notice.
